Ingredients:
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Green Chillies (crushed)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic (crushed)
2 Onions (chopped)
Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)
1/2 cup Water
Salt
Method; Let’s start with heating up the Oil then add Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies (crushed), Ginger-Garlic (crushed), Onions (chopped),
Next, saute a little till the Onion become soft, then add Coriander Leaves, Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder, Black Pepper Powder Mix it all together then add Chicken (boneless), Again Coriander Leaves and saute it again. Now add Water, Salt (as per the taste) then cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take it out in the serving bowl and your Kharda Chicken is ready to serve.
