Muskmelon is a highly available fruit which has a lot of health benefits. It is highly preferred to be consumed as a juice. In this recipe banana is added to give of a more creamy texture. You can also skip banana if you aren’t a big fan of them.
Ingredients:
1/2 Muskmelon (cut into pieces)
1 Banana
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Honey (Honey is used as a replacement of sugar)
Method:
1. Add the muskmelon, banana, milk, honey and blend them well together.
2. Serve Chilled.
