Ingredients required to prepare this recipe are:
To marinate:
1. Chicken – 2kgs
2. Turmeric Powder – 1 spns
3. Curd – 1 cup
4. Salt
To fry
1. Onion – 4
2. Oil – 4 spns
3. Bay leaf – 1
4. Cardamom – 4
5. Jeera – 1 and a half spn
6. Cloves – 4
7. Ginger – 2 piece
8. Garlic – 1 full
9. Cinnamon stick – 2 piece
To Cook
Oil – 4spns
Masala Grinded
Red chilly powder – 1 spn
Daniya Powder – 2 spns
Tomato Puree – 1 cup
Marinated Chicken
Garam Masala – 2 spns
Coriander leaves
Kasuri methi – 2 spns (roasted and crushed)
