Milk – 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Maida / all purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Sliced onion – 1 ( small size)
Capsicum – 1/2
Oil – 2 tsp ( for sauting onion & capsicum)
Chopped onion – 1 ( big size)
Chopped ginger – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sliced ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped garlic – 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 2 to 3
Spring onion ( green)
Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp ( for preparation)
Chilli paste – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce (dark) – 2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
Hot water – 1 1/4 cup
Vinegar – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
