Keto /LCHF is a diet plan followed by many. This diet plan is mainly used by people to reduce weight and control high blood sugar. Keto/LCHF means low carbohydrate high fat as it’s name indicates. Basically in our body carbohydrates are the main source of energy. But when we start following this diet our carbohydrate intake drastically decreases so that for energy body has to consume fat. This process is called as ketosis. So body converts fat into ketones and ketones to energy. Hence our weight gets reduced.
In this diet we have to follow strict diet plan of 75% fat 20% protein and 5% carbo.
Thought it is followed by many people not scientifically proven. It has some side effects called keto flu.

Ladies Finger – 4
Ivy Ground – 4
Onion – 1
Green Chillies – 2

Salt – 1tsp
Pepper Powder – 3/4 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
