Ingredients
Chicken 200 gms
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (half lemon)
Refined Oil 1 teaspoon for marinating
Curry leaves 1 handful
Refined oil for frying
Method
Marinate chicken with turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder garam masala powder lemon juice salt and oil. Keep for half an hour. Deep fry in oil. Cover with a lid and fry in low flame. Check open and see if it is fried. When fried add one handful of curry leaves and switch off the stove.
