Plum with Basil Seeds Agar Agar Recipe @ 玩食我Foodieatplayground

Ingredients:
1. Wannabe Cherry 樱桃部分
1 Plum 李子(切块留皮 cut into pieces,with skin)
In blender : 加100毫升水 Add 100ml water
过筛 Sieve Through
Add water to 200ml 加水至200毫升
Note: Plum skin give out this colour
留皮是为了取得这天然的红色

1/2茶匙菜燕粉 1/2 tsp Agar Agar Powder
1/4 tsp Konjac Powder 1/4茶匙魔芋粉
50克白糖 50g White sugar

2. Main Jelly Portion
2 Plum 李子(切块留皮 cut into pieces,with skin)
In blender : 加100毫升水 Add 100ml water
过筛 Sieve Through
Add water to fill up to 400ml 加水至400毫升
Add 100ml Milk 加100毫升牛奶
1 tsp Agar Agar Powder 1茶匙菜燕粉
1/4 tsp Konjac Powder 1/4茶匙魔芋粉
Add 90g sugar 加90克糖

3. Basil seeds layer 透明部分
1/2 tsp Basil Seeds 1/2茶匙罗勒籽
Add 150 ml water to soak 加150毫升水浸泡
1 orange peel 1份橙皮 (Infused Basil Seeds 让罗勒籽吸收橙味)
Wait for Basil seeds to be bloated 待罗勒籽膨胀
