Breakfast Smoothie Recipe:
1 Cup Kale (or spinach)
1 Cup coconut water
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1/4 Cup Avocado
1/4 Cup Cucumber
1 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice
