Hello foodies! Today’s recipe is the most requested recipe on my channel. Momos is my favorite street food snack. I can eat 2 plates at once. My favorite place for eating Momos is in Galleria (Gurgaon). I used to go there with my kids very often!
My previous video uploaded was vegetarian momos, and all of you wanted to see chicken momos as well, so I had filmed both the recipes together itself and here it is!
Some people call this chicken momos, some call it chicken dumplings, or chicken dimsums/dim sums, or even steamed momos.
I made steamed chicken momos so if you liked these and want to see other versions of it like tandoori momos, etc. let me know!

Ingredients:
For Making dough:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon ( I used sesame oil but you can use any oil )
Lukewarm water As per required to make a smooth dough
For Stuffing:
400g Chicken Keema
Salt to Taste
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oil(I used sesame oil, you can use any oil)
you can add more vegetable like carrot or cabbage if you wish!
