Method:
150 gms Poha
1 Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Groundnut
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 Lemon Juice
3-4 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
साहित्य:
१५० gms पोहे
१ कांदा, चिरलेला
१ tbsp शेंगदाणे
१ tsp साखर
१/२ लिंबाचा रस
३-४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
कोथिंबीर
१ tsp तेल
१ tsp मोहरी
१०-१२ कडीपत्त्याची पाने
मीठ
Method:
– In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, salt, sugar, coriander leaves, green chillies & lemon juice. Mix everything well and keep aside.
– In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves & groundnuts.
– Sprinkle some water on the poha & add the poha to the onion mixture.
– Then add the tadka and mix everything well.
– Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
