Recipe Details
Serves 2-3 People
Preparation Time – 10 Mins
Cooking Time – 20 Mins
Dish Type – Non-Veg Main Course

Ingredients:
Vanaspati – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chicken – 300 gms
Salt – 2 tsp
Ginger- garlic paste – 1 ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Crush chili powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Bhavnagri chili – 3-4 nos
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp

Method:
In a kadhi, heat vanaspati and oil, and fry the chicken in that hot oil, add salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add ginger and garlic paste and bhuno the chicken, add turmeric powder, crush chili powder, coriander powder and continue cooking the chicken.
Add curd, black pepper powder, and cook it for 5-7 minute more and pour tomato puree and mix it and cook for some more time.
Cut the chili into three parts and add in a kadhai and cook for 3-4 minutes and finish with adding chopped coriander.
