A. Boneless chicken : 250 gm
B. Water : 1 cup. Now boil the chicken in kadai for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and keep the stock aside. After few minutes, cut the chicken into small pieces by using two fork. Take a kadai and add:

B. Refined oil : 3 tbsp
C. Onion paste : 1 big size. Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add:
D. Garlic paste : 2 tsp
E. Ginger paste : 1.5 tsp
F. Green chilli paste : 1 tsp
G. Tomato paste : 2 small size. Now cook them with low flame for 4 minutes. Now add:

H. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 2 tsp
I. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
J. Roasted coriander powder : 2 tsp
K. Salt : According to taste
L. Garam Masala powder : 1/2 tsp

Now add shredded chicken in masala, now mix them well, with low to medium flame, add the chicken stock and mix thoroughly. In mixer keep 10 to 12 cashews, 1 tsp charmagaz, 2 tbsp curd, make a smooth paste. Add the mixer in the kadai with chicken. Add few fresh cream, mix it well. Add some roasted kasuri methi and butter, mix them well. At last add hard boiled egg, cutting into small pieces. Enjoy.
