উপকরণঃ
আমি যেসব উপকরণ নিয়েছিঃ-
(১) ৪০০ গ্রাম মুরগির গোশত
(২) আধা কাপ দই
(৩) ১ কাপ পেঁয়াজ কুচি
(৪) ৩ টেবিল চামচ পেঁয়াজ বাটা
(৫) ২ চা চামচ আদা বাটা
(৬) ২ চা চামচ রসুন বাটা
(৭) ১ কাপ টমেটো বাটা
(৮) ১ চা চামচ গরম মসলা বাটা
(৯) ১ চা চামচ ধনিয়া গুঁড়া
(১০) ১ চামচ হলুদ গুড়া
(১১) ১ চা চামচ মরিচ গুঁড়া
(১২) স্বাদমত লবন
