?Ingredients:
1.Chicken medium curry pieces(with and without bones)- 1/2 a Kg (Marinated with 3 Tablespoons of plain/Greek yoghurt for 30 minutes)
2.Onion sliced- 3 Tablespoons
3.Onion paste- 3 Tablespoons
4.Garlic paste- 1 Teaspoon
5.Ginger paste- 1.5 Teaspoons
6.Powdered spices – Red chilli 1 Teaspoon, Cumin 1/2 a Teaspoon
7.Bay leaf medium size – 2, each cut into halves
8.Cardamom pods small – 4 pieces
9.Cinnamon sticks – 3 pieces, each 2 inches long
10.Clove- 2 pieces
11.Oil unflavoured(vegetable/canola/soybean)- 1/2 a Cup
12.Cashew nut fine paste- 2 Teaspoons
13.Special Spice-mixture- As demonstrated in this video(watch the ingredients part)
14.Cow/Camel/Buffalo/Sheep/Goat milk full-cream/full-fat- 1 Cup=250ml
mixed with Cow milk cream full-fat – 1/2 a Cup=125ml.To avoid cream, use only any kind of animal origin milk full fat/full cream – 1.5 Cups=375ml
15.Salt- to taste
1.Granulated white sugar- 1.5 to 2 Teaspoons
17.Ghee (clarified butter) to garnish- 1 Teaspoon
