Today we are going to prepare Tasty and quick Chettinad Chicken Gravy in Tamil
Ingredients :
Pre washed Chicken – 1/2 kg
For dry roast –
Coriander seeds – 1 ½ Tbspn
Fennel seeds – 1 ½ tspn
Cumin seeds – 1 ½ tspn
Pepper – 1 ½ tspn
Poppy seeds – 1/2 tspn
Cashew – 10 nos
Dry red chili – 10
Dry roast and grind it into fine paste
For Tempering –
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon-2
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 4
Kalpasi – 1/2 tspn
Star anise – 1
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tspn
For gravy –
Chopped Shallots – 1 cup (Or) Finely chopped onions – 2
Chopped Tomato – 1
Chopped Green chilli – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tspn
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tspn
oil – 3 Tbspn
