Country Chicken (Nattu Kozhi) – 1/2 kg
Ginger – 1/2 ” piece (crushed)
Garlic – 5 (crushed)
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Shallots – 20 (sliced)
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Dry Red Chilies – 50 gm
Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) – 1 tbsp (finely chopped for garnish)
