Kerala porotta and Chinese Chicken chilli gravy /Malayalam recipe
Chicken chilli is a delicious, Chinese dish that is a great combination with Kerala porotta. In this video, I have shared the recipe of perfect, restaurant-style chicken chilli. It is very easy to prepare and will be loved by everyone.
Marination
Chicken – 1 kg
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 4 tbsp
Sauce
Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Ginger
Garlic
Spring onion
Green chillies – 4 nos
Onion – 2 nos
Capsicum
Salt
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Colour(optional)
