材料 Ingredients (四人食用 4 people )
500克馬鈴薯 500g Potatoes
蕃茄500克 500g Tomatoes
250克甘筍 250g Carrots
三片薑片( 拍鬆) 3 Ginger slices (gently crushed)
適量鹽 Salt to taste
一盒500毫升雞湯(其他味道也可) 500ml Stock of your choice
200克牛肉(炒用或rump steak) 200g Stir fry beef
清水1500毫升 1500ml Water
醃牛肉調味料 Beef marinade
兩茶匙生抽 2 tsp soy sauce
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
1½茶匙胡椒粉 1½ tsp ground pepper
一湯匙蛋白 1 TBS egg white
半茶匙紹興酒 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
半茶匙生油 1/2 tsp soy sauce
半茶匙麻油 1/2 tsp sesame oil
一茶匙生粉混合1½湯匙水 1 tsp Potato starch mix with 1½ TBS water
