糖不甩|Glutinous Rice Balls | 甜品|甜點|簡單甜品|Dessert Recipe | No Bake Dessert|用蒸年糕剩下的糯米粉做了這道簡單又好吃的糖不甩,軟糯香甜,太好吃了!I used some left-over glutinous rice flour from CNY made this lovely no bake Hong Kong local dessert. These glutinous rice balls are so tender, sweet and irresistible. 😛

Ingredients 食材 (24 pcs | 24粒)

– 120g of glutinous rice flour 糯米粉
– 105g to 110g of warm water 温水
– a pot of water for boiling the rice balls 用來煮糯米球的水
– 20g of small peanuts 小粒的花生
– 1 tbsp of sesame 白芝麻
– 1 tbsp of shredded coconut 椰絲
– 1 tsp of golden caster sugar (optional) 金黃砂糖
– 200g of water for syrup 煮糖漿的清水
– 40g of brown sugar 黑糖
