Mix Fruit Dessert

Ingredients:Custard powder 5 tbsp Sugar 1 cup Mix fruit cocktail 1 tin Fresh banana as requiredFresh melon as requiredFresh apples as requiredMilk 2 literdirections:1) in a pot, add milk and put the ½ cup milk aside for later. bring the milk in pot to boil.2) after boil, add sugar and let it dissolve.3) take the left aside ½ cup milk and dissolve the custard powder, mix well until no lumps are left.4) now slowly add the custard mixture in the sugared milk. keep stirring on low flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes)5) turn of flame and refrigerate custard for an hour until it chills.6) add fruit cocktail and fresh fruits as per your choice and mix7) refrigerate custard for a while.8) serve chilled.

keri ka sharbat

Ingredients
:Raw mango
½ kgMint ½ cup Crushed black pepper ¼ tsp Cardamom powder ¼ tsp Crushed cumin ½ tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp Black salt 1 tsp Sugar ½ kg Water 1 cup directions:1) in a pot, add keri in water and close it with a lid. let it cook for 7-8 minutes on medium to low flame until keri is soft.2) when keri turn soft, add sugar and cook until it dissolves.3) now add all the spices, cook until it thickens (2-3 minutes)4) when it thickens, your pulp is ready.5) turn off flame and let it cool.6) in a blender, add keri pulp and some mint. blend until combined.7) in a glass, add ice cubes, keri pulp, water. stir until well mixed.8) serve chilled.

Beef Karahi Kabab
Ingredients: Onion chopped 1Yogurt 1 cupGinger garlic paste 2 tbspOil half cupBeef boneless 1 kgTurmeric powder 1 tspSalt 1/2 tspCoriander powder 1 tbspFenugreek 1 tbspRed chili powder 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili 1/2 tspTomato puree 5Onion cut into pieces 1Ginger pieces 3Ginger shredded as required
Salt 1/2 tspRoasted gram flour 2 tbspRoasted & chopped coriander 1 tbspRed chili powder 1/2 tspRoasted chopped cumin 1 tspGaram masala powder 1/2 tspCoriander chopped 1 bunchGreen chilies 4-5 piecesprocedure:Chop onion,green chillies and ginger in chopper machine Take one bowl and beef,mix all spices and add coriander and chopped onion,ginger and green chilies.grind all mixed beef in chopper machine Make the grinded meat into small seekh kabab shape For Curry:take one seperate pot and pour cooking oil. Add chopped onions, fry until texture becomes soft. Add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minute more. Add tomato puree cook for 3-4 minutes. Add spices (red chilli flakes,turmeric powder,red chillie powder,dhaniya powder and kashmiri mirch) cook until oil does not come up.
add yogurt cook 2-3 minutes. add kasuri methi. add seekh kabab cook for 15 minutes on low flame. garnish with green chillies,ginger and coriander cook for 2-3 minutes ready to serve
