Chiku Oats Smoothie Ingredients
1- 2 tbs of oats
2- 4 almonds
3- 1 tbs of honey
4- 2 chopped chikoo
5- 1 glass chilled milk
6- oats and chopped almonds for garnishing
Chikoo Oats Smoothie Recipe
1- In a bowl add 2 tablespoon of oats, one tablespoon of honey, 4 almonds and mix it well with 2tablespoon of milk
2- Add the mixed mixture into the mixer grinder now add 2 chopped chikoo, add one glass of child milk
3- Grind the mixture into a smooth smoothie. Pour the oats smoothie into the glass and garnish with oats and chopped pista
