For this recipe, I used 5 slabs of beef briskets and cooked them sous-vide at 70°C (158°F) for 24 hours. I finished them by searing in Greek olive oil and pure butter. The seasoning was just salt, pepper, garlic, and some pickling spices.

1 lb Beef briskets, steak cuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp pickling spice
3 crushed cloves of garlic
5 tsp of butter
olive oil for frying

Special equipment needed:

Vacuum Sealer
Ziplocks or vacuum seal bags
Sous vide precision cooker
Sous vide water bath
