Oats is very rich in fiber, and good for blood sugar control. This Oats Banana Apple Smoothie is 100% vegan recipe made using rolled oats, banana, apple and topped with some roasted peanuts. I have used water as base, if you wish to add milk, then go with either almond milk or soya milk.

Written Recipe for Oats Banana Apple Smoothie
Ingredients :
1. Rolled Oats – 4 to 5 tbsp
2. Water – 1/4 glass (more if required)
3. Banana – 2 medium (peeled and sliced)
4. Apple – 1 large (peeled and chopped)
5. Roasted Peanuts – for garnishing
Method :
1. Take a pan, add rolled oats and dry roast for few minutes on low flame.
2. Take a jar, add water, sliced banana, chopped apple and roasted rolled oats. Add 2 dates for more sweetness (optional).
3. Blend smooth and garnish with roasted peanuts.
