Linde came up with this delicious green smoothie recipe that I love drinking every morning.

All you will need are the following:

60 grams greens (wheatgrass, salad, lettuce, kale, sweet potato leaf, mint, parsley)
100 grams avocado
100 grams banana
3/4 cup water

How to make: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 2 cups of smoothie.
