Green chicken/ Hariyali chicken
Ingredients:
500 gm chicken
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2:tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
( for marination)
1 cup coriander leaves
5 to 6 green chillies
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 to 4 tbsp oil
2 cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 cup fresh coconut milk
1 tsp garam masala powder.
2 nd recipe

Murg is style chicken recipe
Ingredients:
500 gm chicken
1tsp ginger paste
( for marination)
4 tsp oil
4 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 cup onion paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup tomato paste/ puree
3 to 4 tsp beated curd
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp sugar
