Apple streusel muffins
2 cups all purpose, flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil ( you can use butter if you like)
1 cup, finally, chopped, diced apples (washed, and peeled)
For the streusel topping
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose, flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
Mix all dry ingredients together, and set aside (first six ingredients) .In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and a Oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients.
Add apple. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
For the easy apple crumble cake
I’m not sure what it’s named but that’s what I call it .
I didn’t do a recipe card for this one. It is quite easy dump cake recipe kind of thing so watch video for what I did and below is kind of guide.
One or two cans up to you of apple pie filling
Caramel syrup that you would use for ice cream used in this dish
One box of yellow cake mix are used vanilla flavour
One stick of butter, 8 tablespoons or half cup
In a 9 x 13 pan I decided to butter the pan but I don’t know if you really have to .
Spread out your apple pie filling into the pan
Squeeze your caramel sauce I drizzled quite a bit over the top of the apple pie filling
Edible put your cake mix melt your stick of butter pour it into your cake mix and mix it until the whole cake mix is Moistened
 The cake mix almost her so like crumb topping that you were put it on so after it’s all mixed through with the butter just Spooner handful it throughout the top of your apple pie and maple syrup that’s in your 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350°F for I took me like 30 minutes but you want to talk to the lightly browned
Serve with ice cream and more caramel syrup
