2 easy milk sweet recipes for any festive and traditional occasian.
A classical milk-based fudge or dessert recipe made with evaporated milk solids and milk powder. It is a perfect dessert sweet snack for the festival season (specially for Holi) and can be easily shared with friends and family. Generally, milk-based barfi is made with just evaporating full cream milk, but to hasten the cooking process i have used milk powder which should add more texture to the sweet.
Burfi Recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 cup Milk
-1/2 cup Sugar
-2 1/2 cups Milk powder
-1tbsp Butter or Ghee
-Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing(optional)
and the second recipe is gajar ki barfi:
Carrot Fudge is just like Gajar Ka halwa the only difference is its consistency and just a few more steps so that it can be formed like a fudge.This is a very easy & quick recipe of making Unique Carrot Fudge Bar and more tasty, delicious than carrot halwa and the end result is worth a wait and it would melt in your mouth with single bite.
?Carrot Fudge Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 4 Carrot (Grated carrots)
– 1 cup Suji ( semolina) ( Dry roast on low flame)
– 2 tbsp Ghee
– 11/2 cup Warm milk
-1 tsp Cardamom powder
– 1/2 cup Sugar
– 4 tbsp Milk powder
Garnish with dry fruits
Tips:
Let it set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Make sure to get the thick consistency.
