INGREDIENTS:
SAGO MILK PUDDING –
Sago seeds – 1 cup
Condensed milk – 1.5 – 2 tins
Milk – 2 cups
Tinned pineapple slices – 6-7
Almonds – 1 cup
Pineapple essence – ½ – 1 tbsp
Water for boiling sago seeds
CHINA GRASS PUDDING –
China grass – half of 25 gms
Water – If your using 25gms of china grass, use 8 cups water
Sugar – ¼ cup
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Milk – 1 cup
Whipping powder – 36gm sachet x 4
Tinned Pineapple slices – 6 – 7
Pineapple essence – ½ – 1 tbsp
