I hope you all enjoyed this video. I am a lover for anything sweet & love having dessert most nights. So when I started becoming more conscious with what I ate, I knew I had to create healthier choices for the foods I loved. I make sure to keep a BALANCED diet to allow my myself to make good decisions with the foods I put into my body. Eating healthily shouldn’t be about restricting yourself from the foods you love.
