2 Healthy Oats Smoothies , Healthy Breakfast ! Apple ,Pineapple ,Banana – Happy Meal
Ingredients :First Smoothie
1/4 cup milk ( low fat)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp Oats(soaked)
1/2 cup pineapple ( diced)
1 banana
1 tsp grated ginger
Blend and enjoy !
Ingredients: Second Smoothie
1 apple
1 banana
1 cup milk ( low fat)
3 tbsp Oats ( soaked)
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend and Enjoy !
Soaking Oats prior to blending makes them softer and easier to blend !
