Ingredients:
Chicken – 2-1/2 kg, cut and cleaned with salt and turmeric.
Crushed shallot – 500 g.
Crushed red chilly – One bowl.
Salt to taste.
Lemon – 1 no.
Vinegar – 2 tsp.
Coconut oil – As needed.
Curry leaves – As required.
Pepper powder – 1 tsp.
Instructions:
Heat some oil in a large pan. Throw two springs of curry leaves, crushed onion, and red chilly. Saute well until the raw smell fades away. Meanwhile you can add salt. When the shallot became translucent add chicken pieces. No need to add water. Add some vinegar, which helps the chicken to become soft. Add salt to taste. Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame. Mix the chicken one or two times. When chicken is finely cooked and dry, add pepper powder. Mix well. Turn off the flame and then add 2 springs of curry leaves and lemon juice. Mix well. Our Chicken Red chilly roast is ready.
