3 Delicious Chia seed drinks/puddings
Moringa strawberry:
Your choice of nut milk (I used unsweetened hemp)
5 Frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon Moringa powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
Vanilla cream stevia to your taste (I use about half a dropper)
Wildberry Cacao:
nut milk
1 tablespoon cacao
1-2 tablespoons Warrior Vitality Blend
1/2 cup wild berries frozen
Chocolate Stevia (1 dropper)
Holiday Spiced Banana
Nut milk of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
teaspoon pumpkin spice
Vanilla stevia (1/2 dropper)
Half a banana
LEAVE ALL OVERNIGHT in fridge for best results
