INGREDIENTS  chicken breast  pepper  salt  3 tablespoons of flour  olive oil  garlic  orange juice  1/2 glass of wine  lemon zest    DIRECTIONS  1. Cover the chicken breast with flour, season with salt and pepper.  2. In a pan with some oil and the garlic, brown the chicken and add the wine.  3. Cook it for 10 minutes, then add the orange juice and continue cooking for other 20 minutes.  4. Serve over orange slices.
