MONGOLIAN CHICKEN
Mongolian chicken is a popular dish of Chinese cuisine, yes, yes, there is no mistake, it is like that. It takes just 20-25 minutes to cook this tender and juicy chicken.
✅ Ingredients:
• chicken breast fillet – 28 oz /800 g
• corn starch – 4 tbsp
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• garlic – 4 cloves
• chopped ginger – 2 tbsp
• sesame oil – 2 tbsp
• soy sauce – ½ cup /125 ml
• water – 2/3 cup /150 ml
• brown sugar – 4 tbsp
• scallion – 3 stems
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
? Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into small thin pieces and roll well in 3 tbsp of corn starch.
2. Heat a pan with the vegetable oil and fry the chicken over high heat for 3-4 minutes by portions until readiness. Upon need add during frying some vegetable oil. Take the fried chicken out into a bowl.
3. Add the chopped garlic and ginger into the same pan and fry stirring for 30 seconds over low heat.
4. Add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and ground black pepper and bring to a boil.
5. In a bowl combine 1 tbsp of corn starch and 2 tbsp of water, pour into the pan and simmer, stirring, the sauce until thick.
6. Add the fried chicken and sesame oil into the pan, stir, sprinkle with the cut scallion and serve your Mongolian chicken to the table with rice and vegetables.
CHICKEN & BROCCOLI
Tender and juicy pieces of fried chicken fillet coupled with a pleasant taste of broccoli and amazing aroma of orange and spices sauce – a bright dish that will successfully enrich your holiday table or make your weekday dinner unforgettable. Easy and simple cooked in 25 minutes!
✅ Ingredients:
• chicken breast fillet – 28 oz /800 g
• broccoli – 10 oz /300 g
• 100% orange juice – 10 fl oz /300 ml
• garlic – 5 cloves
• soy sauce – 3 fl oz /100 ml
• brown sugar – 2 oz /60 g
• sesame oil – 2 tbsp
• ground black pepper – 1½ tsp
• red chili flakes – 1½ tsp
• sweet paprika – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• corn starch – 2 tbsp
• water – 2 tbsp
• rice vinegar (or ½ tbsp of apple one) – 1 tbsp
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
? Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into average dices and divide the broccoli into florets.
2. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, fry the fillet in two equal parts until readiness over high heat for about 3-4 minutes and add ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of black pepper.
3. Take the chicken out into a bowl and lay out the broccoli onto the pan. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 3 oz /100 ml of the orange juice, stir and bring to a boil.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the broccoli for 5 minutes over low heat. Take out into a bowl.
5. For making a sauce add 7 oz /200 ml of the orange juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of chili flakes and rice vinegar into the same pan and bring to a boil.
6. Combine the corn starch and water and add into the pan, cook until thick, stirring, for about a minute over low heat.
7. Lay out the fried chicken and sesame oil into the pan, stir.
8. Push the chicken aside onto a half of the pan and place the broccoli onto the second one.
9. Sprinkle with ½ tsp of red chili flakes and 1 tsp of sweet paprika. Serve your chicken with broccoli in orange-chili sauce in the pan or on a big dish.
THAI CHICKEN
Cooking this popular dish is quite easy. You will need less than half an hour and a mouth-watering meal with unrepeatable taste will make your dinner special. Serve Thai-style chicken hot with boiled rice.
✅ Ingredients:
• chicken fillet – 28 oz /800 g
• muer dried mushroom – ⅓ oz /10 g
• soy sauce – 8 tbsp
• water – 4 tbsp
• oyster sauce – 4 tbsp
• brown sugar – 2 tbsp
• sesame oil – 2 tsp
• garlic – 5 cloves
• 1 chili pepper
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• ginger – 1 oz /25 g
• bulb onion – 3 oz /100 g
• 1 bell pepper
• scallion – 3 stalks
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• salt – ½ tsp
? Preparation:
1. Soak the muer mushroom in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and cut into pieces of medium size.
2. Cut the chicken into medium strips, the bell pepper, ginger and bulb onion into thin strips, slice the garlic and cut the scallion into a few pieces.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil, garlic and ginger and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken fillet and fry stirring over high heat for 3 minutes.
5. Then add the soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper, keep frying over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, bulb onion and fry over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
7. Add the water, oyster sauce, sugar, chili pepper and keep frying over medium heat for another minute.
8. Switch the heat off, add the scallion and sesame oil into the pan and stir.
9. Serve your Thai-style chicken hot with rice.
