salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons roasted jalapenos (or fresh, or pickled), diced
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup colby jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon

Two large chicken breasts
1tbs garlic powdwer, onion powder and poultry seasoning
1tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
