Recipes:
DORITO CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1 pound cooked chicken ( I used a rotisserie chicken)
1 cup sour cream
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 Oz Bag of Dorito Chips, crushed
1 cup corn (frozen or canned, but drain if canned)
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
10 Oz can Rotel, drained
1.5 cups shredded cheese (I used pepper jack)
1 packet or 2 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and taco seasoning in large bowl.
Add chicken, black beans, Rotel, and corn. Add a layer of crushed Doritos to bottom of casserole dish (Maybe a third of your Doritos). Spread out mixture on top of Doritos and top with shredded cheese and rest of the Doritos. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
