MEASUREMENTS:

Buffalo Chicken:
For the filling
-4 oz of cream cheese softened
-1/2 pack of ranch seasoning
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese
-2 Chicken Breasts ( cut pockets in)
-sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder over the top
-Buffalo sauce of choice, a little over the top before baking and add more over the top once out of the oven
-Ranch over the top (as much as you want)
-Dried parsley to garnish
Mushroom and Onion (SO GOOD!!)
-2 Chicken breasts with the pockets cut in
-8 oz container of mushrooms cleaned and sliced
-1/2 an onion diced pretty small
-1/2 cup of frozen Spinach
-salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 tsp of thyme
-1/2 tsp of minced garlic
-toothpicks to hold the filling in
-season chicken with salt and pepper
-at least 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza Chicken
-Chicken breasts with pockets cut in
-Pizza sauce
-Pepperoni
-Thick slices of mozzarella cheese
-Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic pepper, and italian seasoning.
-Grated parmesan on top when it comes out of the oven!
