Hot pickled potato salad:
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1
Finely chopped salami ¾cup
Green & black Olives ½ cup
Pickled carrots, cucumbers, peas 1 ½ cup
Chopped spring onion 2 tbsp leaves
Ingredients for Dressing:
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Sour cream ½ cup
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
Salt as required
• Mix all ingredients and add dressing.
• Mix it well and serve.

Minty Chickpea Salad:
Ingredients:
Boiled white chickpeas 2 cup
Chopped cucumber 1
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped green chilies ½ cup
Salad leaves for serving
Chopped green chilies ½ cup
Chopped mint ½ bunch

Ingredients for dressing:
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Dry mint leaves 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
Dried ginger 1 pinch
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Crushed garlic 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
• Mix all ingredients for the salad in a salad bowl; i.e. boiled white chickpeas, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilies, salad leaves, chopped green chilies and chopped mint leaves.
• For the dressing mix yogurt, oil, lemon juice, dry mint leaves, powdered sugar, dried ginger, black pepper powder, crushed garlic in a separate bowl
• Mix the ingredients for the salad and dressing together.

Bean lettuce salad dressing:

Ingredients
For Salad Dressing
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Salt as required
Ketchup 4tbsp
Chili sauce 2tbsp
Mustard paste 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tsp

For Salad
White beans 1cup
Kidney beans 1cup
boiled Corns 1cup
Lettuce 1cup
Iceberg
Purple cabbage
choppedOnion 1
choppedCucumber 1cup
choppedTomatoes 1
choppedCoriander 1bunch

Method
• Take a bowl and mix all the dressing ingredients in it.
• Take another bowl, add all the salad ingredients.
• Now mix with dressing and serve.
