Preparation
Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, honey and mix well, and finely chop pistachios with a knife.
In a glasse, layer some of the pistachios followed by some of the yogurt mixture. Repeat layers until ingredients have been used up. Top with any remaining pistachios and serve!

Ingredients
6 oz low-fat greek yogurt
1 oz reduced-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp honey
