Blackberry Crumble Smoothie
– 1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries
– 1 Apple
– 2 tbsp Oats
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– Small Handful Crushed Almonds
– Optional 1 tbsp Baobab Powder

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
– 1 Banana
– 1 cup Almond Milk
– 1 Date
– 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
– 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
– Optional 1 scoop Protein Powder

Green Smoothie
– Frozen Banana
– Handful Spinach
– Half an Avocado
– Fresh Ginger
– Squeeze Fresh Lime
– 1 cup Water
– Optional 1 tsp Green Powder (spirulina, chlorella etc)
