?Main Ingredient: Chia Pudding Coconut Milk

STEP 1
Whisk 2 cups coconut milk, in a bowl; pour over 1/2 cup chia seeds and stir well.
?OPTIONAL: 2 drops of vanilla extract.
STEP 2
Allow coconut milk-chia seed mixture to soak until thickened, atleast 2-3hrs or cover bowl with plasctic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
? Note: You can adjust the ratio depending on how much pudding you need. Here’s the ratio,
1/4 cup chia seeds : 1 cup coconut milk.

?Chia Buko Fruit Salad
✅1/2 cup fruit cocktail mix
✅3-4 pcs nata de coco
✅1/2 tbsp corn kernels
✅1 tbsp laman ng buko(malakanin)
or macapuno
▶️ 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk
▶️ Blend 1/4 cup fruit cocktail, 1 tbsp buko and 2 tbsp coconut milk using the doc adam blender or any blender you have at home.
▶️ Pour mixture into a 250 ml mason jar (base)
▶️ Second layer 2/3 cup of chia pudding and pour into the jar
▶️ Top with 1/4 cup fruit cocktail, 3-4 pcs nata de coco and 1/2 tbsp corn kernels.

??Chia Mango Graham
✅ 4 tbsp crushed graham
✅ ripe mangoes diced (one side of the pit or kalahating pisngi)
✅ 1/2 tbsp chocolate chip
✅ 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk
▶️ Layer 2 tbsp of crushed graham
▶️ Second layer: 1/3 cup chia pudding
▶️ Third layer 2tbsp crushed graham
▶️ Fourth layer 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk
▶️ Top with mangoes and chocolate chips

✅ 4 tbsp crushed graham
✅ half peach (thinly sliced)
✅ 1/2 tbsp chocolate chip
✅ 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk
▶️ Layer 2 tbsp of crushed graham
▶️ Second layer: 1/3 cup chia pudding
▶️ Third layer 2 tbsp crushed graham
▶️ Fourth layer 2 tbsp chilled coconut milk
