The Original Pattymen is a street food concept restaurant just outside the centre of Birmingham. Run by Scott O’Byrne and his business partner this video shows two of their current dishes. The first is a classic cheese burger with green tomatoes. The second is deep fried chicken wings coated in gochugang sauce. Although a street food concept, the restaurant uses many of the same suppliers as a number of Birmingham’s Michelin star restaurants. Westlands are one of them.
