Ingredients: Chicken -500gm • Yogurt- 1cup • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp • Ginger garlic Paste – 2 tsp • Salt to taste • Onion -1 • Fenugreek Seeds – ½ tbs • Black Seeds – ½ tbs • Carom Seeds – ½ tbs • Black Pepper- Crushed – 1 tbs • Green Chilly – 3-4
Whole Chicken Recipe
Ingredients: Whole Chicken (1 Kg) • Cooking Oil (1 cup ) • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp • Kashmiri Lal Mirch – 1 tsp • Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp • Salt to taste • Boiled Egg (1-2) • Onion for fry -1
Spices to grind for paste: • Onion -1 • Ginger – 1 small piece • Garlic – 1 • Whole Red Chilies- 4-5 • Coconut Powder – 2 tsp Garam Masala to blend: • Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp • Black Pepper (Whole) – ½ tsp • Green Cardamom – 8-10 • Black Cardamom -3-4 • Cinnamon Stick – 2 inch • Cloves – 6-8 • Nut mug – 2 pinch
Dry fruits: • Cashews – 14-15 • Almonds – 10-12 • Raisins – 10-15 • Dry Dates (Chuhara) – 4-5 • Grated Coconut -50 gms

Ingredients: Chicken- 500gm Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) – 2 Bundle ½ Cup Cooking Oil ½ Cup Yogurt Chopped Onion -1 Cumin Seed 1 tsp Coriander powder -2 tsp Red chili powder -1tsp Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp 2-3 Whole Red Chilies Garam Masala Powder 1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste Salt to taste
