Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 pounds skinless bone in chicken thighs
6-10 pepperoncini peppers
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle mixes over chicken. Put butter and
peppers on top.
Cook on high setting for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-8 hours.
Enjoy.

Easy Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Chicken ~ Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 pounds 1″ cubed boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1 can coconut milk – unsweetened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. cornstarch and water – slurry
In slow cooker, mix together coconut milk, peanut butter, brown
sugar, minced garlic and ginger, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Add chicken and mix well.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-7 hours.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken – Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds cubed boneless chicken
1 lg diced onion
1 lg diced bell pepper
1 cup pineapple with 1/4 cup juice
1 cup carrots
1 can rinsed and drained water chestnuts
slurry – 1 tbsp. cornstarch and water
Sauce:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
In slow cooker add sauce ingredients, pineapple and vegetables. Give a stir.
Add in chicken and stir.
Place on lid, cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-7 hours.
Right before done add water chestnuts and slurry. Place on lid and cook on high for another 15-20 minutes.
Served with steamed jasmine rice.

CROCKPOT CHICKEN AND GRAVY RECIPE | SLOW COOKER CHICKEN | OVER POTATOES BISCUITS NOODLES
INGREDIENTS:
2 to 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 or 3 breasts)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth or water
2 packets of chicken gravy mix
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. thyme
Mix ingredients in slow cooker and then add chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low setting for 6-7 hours.
Chicken should be pull apart tender.
