BUKO PANDAN SALAD
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose cream (250mL pack)
1 small can evaporated milk (154mL)
1 can (390 grams) condensed milk
1 tsp buko pandan flavor
1 cup cooked sago (mini tapioca pearls)
1 can (340g) nata de coco
1 cup fresh coconut meat grated into strips
1 pack (24g) buko pandan flavored green gulaman (cook as per package directions)
BUKO PANDAN GRAHAM FLOAT
Ingredients:
1 pack (25g) Buko Pandan flavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
½ cup sugar
4 cups water
1 can (340g) white nata de coco
1 cup macapuno
Graham crackers
2 cups (500mL) all purpose cream, chilled
1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
¾ teaspoon pandan flavor
BUKO PANDAN REF CAKE
Ingredients:
For the gulaman:
4 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 pack (25g) buko pandan flavored gulaman
For the pandan cream:
2 packs of 250mL all purpose cream, chilled
1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
1 tsp clear pandan flavor
For the chiffon:
1 ¼ cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
5 yolks
⅓ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp buko pandan flavor
5 egg whites
½ tsp cream of tartar
Gradually add ½ cup sugar
Beat until stiff
Top with buko pandan gulaman
Sweetened macapuno strings
*11×15 jelly roll pan, greased and lined
*Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes
*makes 8 pcs of 750mL container
BUKO PANDAN ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
3 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 pack (12g) buko pandan flavored gulaman
2 (250mL) pack all purpose cream, chilled
1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
2 tsp buko pandan flavor and color
1 cup freshly grated coconut meat
(Another cup for topping)
