COBB SALAD W/ AVOOCADO RANCH DRESSING
2 cups chopped butter lettuce
10 baby tomatoes, sliced in half
1/4th avocado, diced
2 slice turkey bacon, chopped
1 hardboiled egg, chopped
2 tablespoons Boathouse Farms Avocado Ranch Dressing

To save time, be sure to cook your eggs and bacon before you make the salad.

Fill your bowl with butter lettuce. Layer in the tomatoes, avocado, bacon, and egg. Drizzle dressing over the top, toss and enjoy.

CRUNCHY BROCCOLI SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing

Combine broccoli, almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries and red onion in a medium bowl. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the top and gently stir until all the ingredients are coated in the dressing. Serve and enjoy!

ARUGULA NECTARINE SALAD W/ RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
2 cups arugula
1 small nectarine, cut into slices
2 tablespoon raspberry balsamic (divided)
1/4 cup raspberries
1 ounce feta cheese
1/2 small shallot, cut into rings

Combine arugula and nectarine slices in a medium bowl. Drizzle half of the dressing over the top and gently toss until everything is lightly coated.

Top with raspberries, feta cheese and shallots. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the top. Serve and enjoy!

CREAMY PASTA CAESAR SALAD
1 cup cooked brown rice pasta
1 cup chopped romaine
10 baby tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons caesar

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and cool.

Combine pasta, romaine, tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Drizzle dressing over the top and gently toss. Serve and enjoy!
