Stir Fry Peach Chicken
Ingredients.
Chicken Boneless—- 250 grams
Peach—– 1 medium size
Capsicum—– 1 medium size
Onion—– 1 medium size
Spring Onion—– 1
Chopped ginger—— ½ Tsp
Chopped garlic—– 1 ½ Tsp
Green Chilli—- 1
Chicken cut into strips
Oil ——2 to 3 Tbsp

Ingredients.
Chicken fillet— 250 grams
Black pepper—– 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Paprika or red chili powder——- 1Tsp
Garlic Powder—— ½ Tsp
Worcestershire sauce—— 1 Tbs
Mustard paste——- ½ Tsp
Mix then add oil——– 1Tsp
Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours
I am using barbecue grill pan very convenient
Brush oil on hot grill
serve with salad or vegetables

Ingredients.
Chicken ——–500 grams
Boneless thigh cut into big strips
Ginger garlic paste——— 1 ½ Tsp
Coriander powder ——-1 ½ Tsp
Cumin powder—— 1 ½ Tsp
Turmeric Powder—— ¼ Tsp
Brown sugar—— ½ Tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder——- 1 Tsp
Onion powder or onion paste I am taking onion paste—— 1 Tbs
For more flavor adding Garlic powder——- ½ Tsp
Oil—— 1 ½ Tbs
Soya sauce——- 1 ½ Tsp
Zest of 2 Small or 1 Big lemon
Lemon Juice——- 1 Tsp
Mix all ingredients very well
Cover and marinate at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight
Cook each side 2 to 3 minutes
Grease pan before cooking

Whole Chicken———- 1800 grams
Remove bone with the help of kitchen scissor or knife
Poke with the help of fork or skewer
Cooking oil——– 2 Tbs
Ginger garlic paste ———-1 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chilli powder—— 1 1/2 Tbs or to taste
Salt ————2 Tsp or to taste
Crushed coriander seeds——- 2 Tbs
Crushed cumin seeds——– 1 Tbs
Black Pepper ———-1 1/2 Tsp
Mustard paste——- 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice———— 1/2 Tsp
Mix all spices
Apply mixture on chicken
Marinate minimum 2 to 3 hours
In a deep tray add 300 ml water
Garlic cloves——— 2
Ginger piece——— 1/2 inch
Lemon ———–3 to 4 in wedges
Bay leaf——— 2 to 3
Cloves———- 3 to 4
whole black pepper———- 8 to 10
Cinnamon stick——— 1/2 inch
Mace and Nutmeg little bit
These spices add lot of flavor in chicken
you can add spices of your choice
or you can skip it
This water dont let chicken dry
Bake for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour
in preheated oven at 180 degree
Juicy spicey chicken ready to serve
Korean Spicy Fry Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken Marinating
Chicken ——— 1000 grams / 1 Kg
Salt————– ½ Tsp or to taste
Black Pepper ———— ½ Tsp
Red Vinegar or white ————- 1 Tbsp
Mix it well and keep a side for 30 minutes
Hot and spicy Sauce for Chicken
Soya Sauce ———– 1/3 Cup or 4 ½ Tbsp
Hot Red Chilli Paste———- ¼ Cup
Or you can use red chilli flakes or red chilli powder 4 to 5 Tbsp
Red or white vinegar ———- 1Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup ———- ¼ Cup or 2 to 3 Tbsp
Salt ——— ¼ Tsp or to taste
Brown sugar ——— 2 Tbsp
For cooking Red Sauce
Oil ——– 2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic ———- 1 ½ Tbsp
Stir few seconds
Then add red sauce we already made
Cook 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame
Making white Sauce for Chicken
Butter ———— 1 Tbsp
In melted butter add all purpose white flour ———- 1 Tbsp
Cook 3 to 4 minutes
Then add milk ———- 300 ml
Keep stirring
Black pepper ———– ¼ Tsp
When sauce get thick add cheese ——- 1 Cup
For flavor add mustard sauce
Addition in marinated Chicken
Egg ——- 1
All purpose flour ——– 1 Cup
Corn Starch —— ½ Cup
Chicken Frying
1st step Half fry each peace ———– 8 to 10 minutes
2nd step re fry chicken ———— 8 to 10 minutes
Process is to get chicken crispy and golden
Add fried chicken in already cooked hot sauce.
Now pour cheese sauce optional on top of chicken.
