DIY Salad Dressing (Each serves 4-5):
Asian Sesame Dressing
2 tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Ā½ cup neutral oil / avocado oil
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
Ā¼ tsp ginger, minced
Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsps kosher salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp italian seasoning (oregano, thyme, rosemary, parsley)
Lemon vinaigrette
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
2 tsp shallots finely minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Tahini
1/4 cup tahini
3 tbsp water
Juice from half a lemon(about 2 tbsp
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
Ā¼ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste
Ranch
1/4 cup greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp whole milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp fresh chives minced
2 tbsp Juice from half a lemon
