I use an app to track my food intake called ITrackBites (better balance plan) which is a copycat of Weight Watchers. When I reference to “bites” and “points” it’s the language used for those apps.

I also count my calories so I leave the calories for each of these smoothies as one serving, some are larger smoothies that could be split into 2 servings and half the calories. Totally up to you on what you do!

Fruit is considered “zero point / zero bites “ in the ITrackBites/ WW app so you don’t have to use daily point allowance on fruits and veggies but the rule is if it’s not whole and instead it’s blended you add points to it. I do not follow that rule an have never followed that rule on this plan so I personally don’t add points/ bites to blended fruit but I know some do so I left the bite value for both. Do what works best for you and your needs! When it comes to counting smoothies on these apps it can be a little confusing but hopefully this helped some.

•vanilla green protein smoothie:
388 calories

19 bites if you add ” bites + points ” to blended fruit

ingredients:
– 1 cup frozen chunked pineapple
– 1 cup spinach
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1/3 cup cold water
– 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 tsp hemp seeds

•chocolate cinnamon banana smoothie:
303 calories

16 bites if you add ” bites + points ” to blended fruit

ingredients:
– ice
– 1 banana
– 1 cup frozen cherries
– 3 tsp cinnamon
– 1 cup unsweetened vanilla milkadamia milk
– 1 scoop olly chocolate protein powder

•tangy kale collagen smoothie
323 calories
1 bite now this is because I do not add ” bites to blended fruit so the only bites are coming from the hemp seeds
18 bites if you ” bites + points ” to blended fruit

ingredients:
– 1/2 scoop tone it up collagen powder
– 3 tbsp lime juice
– 1 cup frozen strawberries
– 1 cup frozen mango
– hanful frozen kale
– 1 banana
– 2 tsp hemp seeds
– about 1/2 cup cold water

•dragon fruit cucumber smoothie:
279 calories
3 bites
8 bites if you add ” bites + points ” to blended fruit

ingredients:
– 1/2 dragon fruit
– juice of 1 orange
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1 cup frozen pineapple
– 1 packet unsweetned acai packet
– 1/2 cup cold water

•strawberry peanut butter smoothie:
406 calories
9 bites
14 bites if you add ” bites + points ” to blended fruit

ingredients:
– 80gm frozen avocado
– 1 cup frozen strawberries
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 cup unsweetened vanilla milkadamia milk
– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
