Superfood Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup coconut water
-4 eggs

-1/2 tbsp of baking soda
-3 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions:
-Blend wet ingredients together
-Pour into a bowl of dry ingredients
-Mix batter well

Ingredients:
-2 cups of pumpkin puree

– pinch of sea salt
-1 2/3 cup. unsweetened rice milk (or almond milk)
-1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
-Mix ingredients in a blender on high for 45 seconds
-Pour into a bowl and pop into the refrigerator for a few hours before serving
